Levels and limits
Forms Free, Forms Plus and Forms Team, their prices and limits, what each Agoo plan includes, paying on agooforms.com, Agoo for Good, and what happens at a limit.
Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.
Prices are in cedis a month, excluding VAT. Yearly billing is two months free.

Your organisation's level is added and paid in Billing in the Console, with the rest of its plan: on Free, add Forms Plus or Forms Team under Add-ons; on Starter, add Forms Team. A workspace that isn't an organisation's pays on agooforms.com, never in the apps.
Paying on agooforms.com
A workspace's Owners and Billing members open Billing in the workspace's menu.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly (two months free), then a level. You see what you pay today, with VAT, NHIL and GETFund added.
- Pay on Paystack's secure page with Mobile Money or a card. The level is yours as soon as Paystack confirms the payment, usually within a minute, and a tax invoice is emailed and kept under Invoices, ready to download as a PDF.
- Renewals. A card you paid with renews on its own on the day (you can remove it). With Mobile Money, the invoice comes a week before the period ends, with reminders three days before and on the day.
- Moving up happens at once: you pay for a fresh period, less what's left of the current one. Moving down, or monthly instead of yearly, happens at the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling keeps the level until the end of the period, then the workspace is on Forms Free. A renewal that isn't paid has seven days' grace before the same happens.
- Under On your invoices, set the name and, for a business, the TIN printed on them.
On its first day
A brand-new workspace takes a limited number of responses on its first day, while Agoo's checks confirm it's being used as intended. Choosing a paid level lifts it at once.
Agoo for Good
Verified NGOs get Forms Plus free, on any Agoo plan, and 40% off Forms Team on yearly billing (GH₵894 a year instead of GH₵1,490). An NGO verifies as an organisation on Agoo: see agooforms.com/for-good. Usage, such as extra AI credits, is never discounted.
At a limit
- Owners, Admins and Billing members are emailed at 70%, 90% and 100% of the month's responses, and a banner shows on Home and in the Share tab.
- At 100%, a form says it isn't taking responses before anyone starts typing. People already answering can still send, up to a small margin. Nothing is accepted and then thrown away.
- Nothing is ever charged automatically. Move up a level, or wait for the 1st of the month (Accra time).
- Moving down a level never deletes anything. Forms keep running as published (a change that needs the higher level is asked for when someone next edits them); editors over the new limit become Analysts, chosen from the latest added, and get their role back when you move up again. An Owner can choose who edits from Members.
Planned
Branding settings for workspaces outside an organisation, PDF and scheduled exports, and Agoo-account answers come with the next steps of Agoo Forms. Until then, the levels' limits apply as above.
Reporting a form and your data
For anyone who answers a form on Agoo Forms. Report a form that looks wrong, and ask its maker for a copy of your answers, a correction or deletion, with the dates they must answer by.
